Our Team

Roann Lawrence, Seasonal Manager

Roann has spent time living in Antigua, St. Kitts & the US, but now is happily settled in Calibishie with her husband Chase (he’s an artist with an art gallery in the village) and their daughter Avery. She has a wealth of knowledge of all things local, and loves to help folks find what they need—she has helped our family so much since we moved here and we count her as a great friend! Roann looks forward to welcoming you to her beautiful home island!

Tina Lawrence, Housekeeper

Ms Tina lives in a beautiful spot right on the edge of the coral reef in Calibishie, where she raised four now grown-up children! Her house is also the location of her son Chase Lawrence’s Art Gallery & her other son Brian’s bar ‘Island Twist’. We’re big fans of the Lawrence family: Roann is Ms Tina’s daughter-in-law :)

DOMINICA ECO-COTTAGES

Angelo Joseph, Gardener

For 12 years Angelo has lovingly tended the 2 acres of tropical gardens at Sea Cliff—and he’s the one to ask about any of the flowers, fruit trees or veggies that you see growing here! Angelo, along with Pascal, is also on site on duty each night from 6p-10p for any needs you may have.

PASCAL CALIBISHIE

Pascal Dick, Taxi & Tours

Pascal has worked at Sea Cliff for 18 years, and offers taxi and tour services to our guests, whether to the airport or Roseau, or for tours to waterfalls and beaches and other sights around the island. He also shares the on-site night duty on alternate evenings with Angelo from 6p-10p. Pascal is a farmer, too: you can see his farm on the far hillside, with its beautiful groves of banana & avocado trees. Let him know if you want to buy any fresh produce from him, or if you’d like a tour of his farm!

Amber Oxley & Simon Morris, Owners

Amber & Simon & their two sons Teddy & Louie moved from Brooklyn to Dominica, after falling in love with the island & its people during a visit. Amber is originally from the Bay Area in California, Simon is from the UK. They’re excited to share the beauty of Sea Cliff Eco-Cottages and this corner of the Caribbean's 'Nature Island' with others!
