Inspired by the abundance of Dominica’s natural botanicals, Amber and Simon imported a still to craft what would become, after many trials, experiments & refinements, Sea Cliff Botanical Gin. In addition to juniper, our gin is crafted from 9 botanicals grown in the tropical gardens of our eco-cottages & by local farmers. Sea Cliff Botanical Gin highlights notes of pink grapefruit, bay, cinnamon, cocoa & nutmeg.
In honor of the the pristine environment of the Caribbean's Nature Island, sustainability is at the heart of our small batch distilling: our gin is bottled using recycled materials, made with locally grown ingredients & powered by solar.
It pairs wonderfully with most local juices like grapefruit & sorrel or of course with tonic!

Gin Tasting Tour
On Tuesdays & Fridays at 4p (or by appointment), come for a complimentary tasting of Sea Cliff gin in our ‘gin lab’, while hearing about the distilling process. Then, in our lush tropical gardens explore the Botanicals Trail, where you’ll find painted signs showing the botanicals in our gin.
