Inspired by the abundance of Dominica’s natural botanicals, Sea Cliff Botanical Gin is crafted from 9 botanicals grown in the tropical gardens of our eco-cottages & by local farmers. Sea Cliff Botanical Gin highlights notes of pink grapefruit, bay, cinnamon, cocoa & nutmeg.
In honor of the the pristine environment of the Caribbean's Nature Island, sustainability is at the heart of our small batch distilling: our gin is bottled using recycled materials, made with locally grown ingredients & powered by solar.
Because the inspiration did not stop there, the Sea Cliff experience continues with our ready to drink cocktails: The Butterfly Lime and Cocoa Martini.

Distillery Tour and Tasting Experience
The Distillery Tour and Tasting Experience includes an introduction to our micro-distillery, a guided sensory tour of the Gin Botanicals Trail where you can see and smell and sometimes taste the growing botanicals that make our gin and it finishes at our Sea View Tasting Bar for tastings of at least 3 Sea Cliff spirits as well as 1 Garden to Glass cocktail (non-alcoholic options are also available)
