This 1-bedroom retreat is surrounded by tropical gardens, with an ancient mango tree beside it which gives shade to the private outdoor dining table & grill. Inside, with a wooden cathedral ceiling, the cottage is airy and light-filled, leading onto a covered balcony with a view of the sea in the distance. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, stovetop kettle, coffee maker, and all the pots, pans, tableware and cutlery that you would need to cook proper meals with the delicious local produce! All the cottages come with a curated mini library with lots of Caribbean authors. Please also ask about our ‘Book Menu’ of books for sale by Dominican authors, published by local indie publisher Papillote Press. Wifi provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We must be a little stricter than hotels and large resorts as the scale of our operation is smaller. Most of our bookings are done well in advance, especially in the high season. When you reserve, the cottage is held for you and all other inquiries for this time are refused. Cancellations up until 90 days before checkin date will receive a full refund. Cancellations up until 45 days before checkin date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of checkin date will not be refunded. If you have any worries about a possible cancellation due to health concerns or transportation problems, we strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance from a reputable provider.
